SUCCESS!!!!
Praise God! We have success! As I type they are closing her up! The scrub nurse came out and told us that everything went perfectly and that they are in the process of closing her up! It will take 45 minutes and 40-50 stitches. Then we will have about an hour and a half before we can see her in the ICU. I feel like a million pounds has been lifted off my shoulders! We have been so blessed to have so many people here at the hospital with us keeping us company and praying for us and for Maddie. God is good! I'll probably post after we talk with the surgeon and get into see her.
